Types of settings
The parent carer or young person has a right to request any of the following types of settings
- a Calderdale Council school or nursery (mainstream or special) Search on a map
- a Calderdale additional resourced provision (ARP)
- an Academy (mainstream or special) Search on a map
- a setting in the Further Education sector
- a school in another local authority
- an independent special school or college under Section 41 of the Children and Families Act 2014

The SEN Team will send a consultation to any of the above requested settings.
