Overview
There are different options you can choose when you leave school.
You may want to continue in to further education. There are also training and apprenticeship options. There are also ways you can get in to employment with support.
You may want support and advice on what could work best for you. From year 9 onwards, C&K Careers can provide information, advice and guidance. They do this for all young people with SEND in Calderdale mainstream secondary schools.

Reasonable adjustments
All education and training providers will make reasonable adjustments for young people with SEND.
