Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA)

All About Calderdale describes the Health, Care and Wellbeing needs of the population of Calderdale. It identifies the priorities for action to improve health and wellbeing and reduce health inequalities.

It is used to develop the Calderdale Health and Wellbeing Strategy. Also, it is used to inform the commissioning of health and care services to meet those needs.

It links closely with Vision 2024 and will also be used to underpin the development of Calderdale Cares.

The Joint Strategic Needs Assessment also includes information on children and young people with SEND in Calderdale.
