The SEND Local Offer Live event was held in June. It was a great day with 45 different stalls and over 200 visitors.
It gave everybody an opportunity to find out about services in and around Calderdale. The stallholders were from a range of different areas such as education, health, social care and the voluntary sector.
We also took the opportunity to launch the SEND & Alternative Provision Strategy. We had speakers from the Council, Health and our schools. The videos of the launch will be on the Local Offer so you can learn more about the strategy.
We also had some great questions from the audience about the strategy and what's happening across SEND in Calderdale.
Thank you so much to everybody who attended the event, had a stall and helped organise the day.
